1. Visitors to our website
We collect some personal information when you visit our website. As part of collection, we make all reasonable efforts to inform you of how your information is collected and used.
We use third-party tools and services to ensure the security or our website and the privacy of our website users. To deliver this service, we (and our third parties) process the IP addresses of visitors to our website.
1.1 Contact us
We have provided website functionality to “Contact Us”, which enables us to respond to complaints, queries and requests. To enable us to respond, we collect personal information such as name and other contact information. This information is only used for this purpose.

1.3 Download centre
We store the details of people who access our download centre in order to provide download services for them. This information is only used to provide access to the download centre and for other closely related services, such as gaining feedback on the service or conducting surveys.
When people are provided with access to the download centre, their access to resources is time bound. Any personal information stored to enable access is deleted when it is no longer needed.
Website searches and their results are logged anonymously to improve our website and search functionality. No user-specific information is collected by us or any third party.
To publish online content, we use WordPress.com which is run by Automattic Inc. We use a standard WordPress service to collect anonymous information about users' activity on the site. Examples of this activity are tracking the number of users viewing pages on the site, and monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of the site. 2. People who call us
When you call us, we collect Calling Line Identification (CLI) information. We use this information to improve efficiency and effectiveness of call handling services.
3. People who email us
Any email sent to us, including attachments, may be monitored and used by us for security reasons and for monitoring compliance with policy. Email monitoring or blocking software may also be used. You have a responsibility to ensure that any email you send to us is within the bounds of the law.
4. People who use our services
We store the details of people who use our services and use this information to provide the service to them. We may also use this information for related services, such as surveys and feedback.
5. Job applicants, current and former employees
When individuals apply to work for us, we use the information they supply to us to process their application and to monitor the recruitment process. When we want to disclose information to a third party - for example where we want to take up a reference - we will inform the applicant beforehand unless we are prohibited from doing so by law.
Personal information about unsuccessful candidates is held for 12 months after the recruitment process has been completed, after which it is destroyed or deleted. We retain anonymised statistical information about applicants to review our recruitment process, but no individuals are identifiable from that data.
Once a person has taken up employment, we will compile a file relating to their employment. The information contained in this will be kept secure and will only be used for purposes directly relevant to that person’s employment. Once their employment with us has ended, we will retain the file in accordance with our legal obligations and then delete it.
6. Complaints or queries
We try to meet the highest standards when collecting and using personal information. For this reason, we take any complaints we receive about this very seriously. We encourage people to bring it to our attention if they think that our collection or use of information is unfair, misleading or inappropriate. We also welcome any suggestions for improving our procedures.
This privacy notice is published with transparency and clarity in mind. It does not provide exhaustive detail of all aspects of our collection and use of personal information. However, we are happy to provide any additional information or explanation needed. Any requests for this should be emailed to us.
7. Access to personal information
We endeavour to be as open as we can be in terms of giving people access to their personal information. Individuals can find out if we hold any personal information by making a ‘subject access request’ under the Data Protection Act 1998. If we do hold information about you, we will:

- tell you why we are holding it
- tell you who it could be disclosed to
- let you have a copy of the information in an intelligible form
To make a request for any personal information we may hold, put the request in writing, addressed to our General Manager to the address provided below.
If you agree, we will try to deal with your request informally, for example by providing you with the specific information you need over the telephone.
If we do hold information about you, you can ask us to correct any mistakes by contacting our Chief Operating Officer.
8. Disclosing personal information
In most situations, we will not disclose personal data without consent. However, when we provide services, we may be required to share information such as names and addresses for shipping or delivery with third parties.
